It is my mission to make fitness a truly attainable lifestyle for everyone I work with. I hope to break down the former ideas of what Women's Fitness looks like; Prenatal and Postnatal Training, Strength Training, and focusing on how you feel rather than what you look like.
I surround my clients with accountability, support, fun workouts that are customized for their specific goals and ability, and additional tools and resources to make fitness fit your life.
I began working as a personal trainer and fitness coach in 2011 after graduating with my degree that focused on kinesiology and human movement science. Over the past 10+ years I have worked with clients of all ages and abilities and began focusing on women's fitness specifically after realizing there is a major gap in this area. My goal is to educated women about how to safely transition into all of the stages of life. While my new mothers focus on caring for their children, I focus on making fitness more attainable for them. In addition, I am able to offer safe transitions into fitness once released from their medical professional to begin a new meaningful program.
Having experience in my own personal fitness journey that have challenged me to learn more and grow has helped me meet the needs of my clients. These experiences have lead to my appreciation for watching someone regaining control over their body, fitness affirmations, and acquiring a place in fitness.
