Virtual Training is a great way to work with me if you cannot make it to the gym. We will coordinate a time to connect through the virtual platform through a live video stream. During these half hour sessions, we will connect through Zoom or FaceTime through computer, tablet, or smart phone. This program requires equipment at home, but can be modified to meet your needs. I will demonstrate movements just as if this were an in-person session and guide you through a completely customized workout. My goal is to address any issues with form and incorporate movements to help you achieve optimal results, so I may have you perform movements in different camera positions. For further help and guidance, I will customize packages to add remote programming to your week if you are need of for more structure.
For additional programming between sessions on the FITSW app, an additional $25 charge per week will be added.
