Virtual Training

Virtual Training is a great way to work with me if you cannot make it to the gym.  We will coordinate a time to connect through the virtual platform (Zoom, FaceTime, etc) through a live video stream. 

This program requires equipment at home, but can be modified to meet your needs.  I will demonstrate movements just as if this were in-person and guide you through a completely customized workout.  My goal is to address any issues with form and incorporate movements to help you achieve optimal results.  For further help and guidance, I will customize packages to add remote programming to your week if you are need of for more structure. 


If you would like additional programming between sessions, a $25 charge per week will be added. 

I am only accepting new clients who commits to 2-3 appointments per week.
